Papagayo Adventure

Day 1 Shuttle ride to the Papagayo Gulf

You will be picked up at your hotel in San José and your journey towards the Gulf of Papagayo in the province of Guanacaste will begin. It will take approximately 4 hours to get there. Guanacaste is the second largest province of Costa Rica with an extension of 10.140 km2 (about 3.917 square miles), it borders in the north side of country with Nicaragua.

Day 1 Overnight at Ocotal Beach Resort

Ocotal Resort is known for its outstanding style, comfort, and service. The property lies along the country's beautiful Northern Pacific coastline and yields breathtaking panoramic views of the Papagayo Gulf. The rooms have amazing ocean views, air conditioning, cable TV, telephone, coffee makers, safe deposit boxes, hair dryer and private terraces or balconies.

Day 2 Canopy Tour

Check out the tropical dry forest in the Guanacaste countryside for a full-time blast of adrenaline. You are invited to enter the forest canopy and see jungle life from a unique and different perspective. The tour consists of gliding along steel cables from tree to tree using the best quality pulleys and climbing gear. No climbing is involved in this tour and your guide will assist you at all times, turning this tour into an exciting but safe adventure, and who knows, some howler monkeys may even join you on this unforgettable experience.
